These Terms of Service govern the legal relationship between you and KTAI when you use any of our services, including the website, dashboard, Discord bot, API, and all AI services. By using our services, you expressly agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using the services immediately.

By using KTAI services you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are acting on your own behalf or as an authorized representative. We reserve the right to terminate any account that does not meet eligibility requirements.

KTAI provides a multi-purpose AI platform enabling text content generation, image generation, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, translation, response automation, Discord bot integration, and an API integrable with external applications. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features, or discontinue service partially or fully, without prior notice.

توفر KTAI منصة ذكاء اصطناعي متعددة الاستخدامات تتيح: إنشاء محتوى نصي، توليد صور، تحويل النص إلى صوت، تحويل الصوت إلى نص، الترجمة، أتمتة الردود، تكامل بوت Discord، وواجهة API. نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل الخدمات أو إيقافها دون إشعار مسبق.

Upon using the KTAI API, you are granted a unique API key. You may not share it with unauthorized parties, resell or rent access without written permission, or circumvent rate limits. Any such attempt constitutes a direct breach of these terms, and we reserve the right to restrict or revoke the key.

عند استخدام واجهة KTAI API، يتم منحك مفتاح API فريد. يمنع مشاركته مع أطراف غير مصرح لها أو إعادة بيع الوصول دون إذن كتابي. يحق لنا تقييد أو إيقاف المفتاح عند الاشتباه بسوء الاستخدام. أي محاولة للتحايل تعتبر خرقًا مباشرًا لهذه الشروط.

You may not use KTAI for any illegal activity, terrorist content, child exploitation, hate speech, harassment or threats, malicious software creation, cyberattacks, exploiting vulnerabilities, impersonation, spam, or generating fraudulent content.

يحظر عليك استخدام KTAI من أجل: أي نشاط غير قانوني، محتوى إرهابي، استغلال الأطفال، خطاب كراهية أو تحريض، مضايقة أو تهديد، إنشاء برمجيات خبيثة، تنفيذ هجمات إلكترونية، استغلال الثغرات، انتحال شخصية، سبام، أو توليد محتوى احتيالي.

All intellectual property rights relating to the KTAI name, logo, system, technical architecture, source code, designs, and interfaces are the exclusive property of KTAI. Copying, redistributing, reverse engineering, or creating similar services without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية المتعلقة بـ KTAI من اسم وشعار ونظام وبنية تقنية وكود وتصميمات وواجهات هي ملك حصري لـ KTAI. لا يُسمح بنسخ النظام أو إعادة توزيعه أو عكس هندسته أو إنشاء خدمة مشابهة إلا بإذن كتابي صريح.

You retain full ownership of the content you input. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to fulfill requests, improve the system, and prevent abuse. We do not claim ownership of your content.

أنت تحتفظ بملكية المحتوى الذي تقوم بإدخاله. باستخدامك للخدمة، فإنك تمنحنا ترخيصًا محدودًا لمعالجة هذا المحتوى لغرض تنفيذ الطلب وتحسين النظام ومنع إساءة الاستخدام فقط. لا نطالب بملكية المحتوى الخاص بك.

KTAI services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee absolute accuracy, error-free results, fitness for any particular purpose, or uninterrupted service. AI outputs do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. You bear full responsibility for your use of results.

تُقدم خدمات KTAI "كما هي". لا نضمن دقة مطلقة للردود أو خلوها من الأخطاء. مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي لا تعتبر استشارة قانونية أو طبية أو مالية. أنت تتحمل مسؤولية استخدام النتائج كاملاً.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts, revoke API keys, ban users, delete data, or deny access permanently in cases of terms violation, abuse, security threats, or illegal activity — without prior notice.

نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق الحساب وإلغاء مفتاح API وحظر المستخدم وحذف البيانات ومنع الوصول نهائيًا في حال مخالفة الشروط أو إساءة الاستخدام أو التهديد الأمني أو النشاط غير القانوني دون إشعار مسبق.

Session Cookies: Automatically deleted when you close your browser.
